The term "social entrepreneur" is confusing, because it might mean that the "commercial entrepreneur" does not have a positive social impact, which is generally false (although there are exceptions). One could use "agent of change" or something else. By social entrepreneur I mean the person who uses entrepreneurial skills (vision, discipline, etc) to change a social situation she is dissatisfied with, usually a situation in which commercial entrepreneurs do not exist (or if they do, they create more harm than good, from the social entrepreneur's perspective).
