The Brookings blog gives some statistics for the first quarter of 2011.
The higher inflation rates in the US (5.2%) and China (6.5%) (higher with respect to previous quarters) stand out. Note also that the rate of growth in the first quarter in the US is relatively low (1.8%), China's rate of growth remains high (9.5%), both are annualized rates.
Note as well the slight increment in home prices, and also the uneven behavior of the unemployment rate in different areas of the US.
