Scientific-Blogs Without Borders
Scientific blogs allow scholars in developing countries to follow and interact with scientists abroad. Bloggers report and discuss the most resent research. They link to relevant working papers that are fully available online. The papers won’t be published in academic journals until probably several months or even years later. For the first time in history there isn’t a lag between knowledge creation and knowledge consumption around the world.
