The smallest economy in the world?

There was a 2007 census published in early 2008. It found there to be a total population of 27 people with a literacy rate of over 95% and a GDP per capita of US$22,200. Additionally, it also found the unemployment rate and population below the poverty line to be at 0%.
The main sources of income seem to be:
. . . issuing of coins and postage stamps and the establishment of an offshore Internet hosting facility, or "data haven".
